Well here we are on the other side of the world from our mothers; however, that doesn't mean you aren't loved. In fact we have been thinking about you all day! (Actually all day, plus last Sunday when we realized that we better get cards in the mail ASAP!) So happy mother's day to all the mom's out there. Thank you for all that you do: rising to our defense, listening to us ramble, keeping us well fed, and making sure we stay true to who we are.
Many blessings on your (official) special day. If we could get flowers out of the country, these would be the ones -- Birds of Paradise grow everywhere around here.
(And just in case the rest of you are curious, our cards made it on time -- complete with kangaroo stamp and "Happy Mum's Day" on the title)
